Private in-app Help center

Sign in to the dashboard and choose Help center from the command menu. You can create a ticket, follow its status, read Support replies, and continue the conversation without sending account details through chat or screenshots.

Support tickets should never contain passwords, personal access tokens, cookies, API keys, payment-card details, or screenshots that reveal them. Open the dashboard

Account and AI connections

Open the signed-in dashboard, choose Account, and review connection status before creating or revoking a credential. Use Account → Security to change a known password, or Forgot password? on sign-in for a one-time email link. Each AI connection is independent and remains active after a password change.

Open the dashboard

Arkon Sync for Windows

Use Sync health in the dashboard to confirm the PC, installed version, last check-in, and latest push. Current installs update silently from the verified stable manifest.

Billing and cancellation

Sign in, verify the account email under Account → Security, then open the Stripe Customer Portal to view invoices, update payment details, or stop renewal. Verification prevents a different account from claiming portal access with a copied purchase email.

Review plans and billing

Privacy, export, and deletion

Sign in, open Account → Your data, and download your tenant-scoped JSON export or submit/cancel a deletion request. A request starts identity, retention, and team-ownership review; it does not delete data immediately. Never send a password, PAT, cookie, or recovery secret.

Security report or diagnostic request

For a suspected vulnerability, email support@arkoncybersecurity.com with the affected URL/version, impact, safe reproduction steps using your own test tenant, and timestamps. Do not test against another customer or send live customer content.

A useful redacted diagnostic includes the PC name, Windows/browser version, Arkon Sync version, approximate failure time and time zone, visible error text, and the action attempted. Never include a PAT, password, cookie, Stripe secret, webhook URL, private key, billing claim, or screenshot that shows one.
